A hands-on Structures Engineer opportunity supporting C-27J maintenance operations at Amberley.
This role is suited to an engineer with a Cert IV in Aeroskills (Structures), strong aircraft structures experience and the ability to work within a regulated DASR PT145 maintenance environment. C-27J technical experience and a current or previous type course are highly desirable.
- Perform line and base maintenance tasks on C-27J aircraft
- Conduct aircraft structures inspections and maintenance activities
- Source required consumables, tooling and equipment
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately and professionally
- Work to applicable safety, quality and DASR PT145 requirements
- Support efficient maintenance outcomes across the project

Aircraft structures experience, with heavy maintenance experience preferred. C-27J technical experience is highly desirable, with C-27J type course experience preferred.
Cert IV in Aeroskills (Structures) required.
Must be eligible to work in Australia. Five Eyes eligibility and Australian citizenship or permanent residency requirements apply. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Amberley based. Monday to Friday day shift. FIFO is not available. No relocation assistance is available.
NV1 security clearance preferred. Candidates with an existing, recently expired or reactivatable Baseline clearance will be highly regarded due to potentially faster onboarding. Non-cleared candidates may be considered where they meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
