This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-led aviation operator supporting critical services across regional and remote Australia.

Based in Dubbo or Tasmania, you will maintain B200 aircraft operating into diverse environments, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational readiness.

You will

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Rectify defects and AOG events

Support a 24/7 on-call engineering service

Ensure compliance with CASA Part 145 requirements

Maintain strong documentation and safety discipline

This is a Monday to Friday day shift role, with participation in an on-call roster. Shift work may be available in future if staffing permits.

Essential Requirements

Required Role Experience: Experience in turboprop maintenance (King Air highly regarded)

Maintenance Qualification / Licence: CASA Part 66 B1 Licence - Type Rating: B200 desirable | B350 preferred but not mandatory

Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Valid Work Rights (no sponsorship available)

Skills: Strong troubleshooting/diagnostics, defect rectification, accurate tech records, safe tool control & FOD discipline, reliable on-call response.

Attitude: Calm under pressure, safety-first, proactive, team player, accountable, clear communicator, takes pride in quality work.
