Sigma Aerospace Workforce is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures to support Hawk Lead-In Fighter Defence aviation maintenance at Pearce, WA.
This permanent full-time role is suited to a Structures AME with strong maintenance discipline, experience working to approved procedures and the ability to operate in a Defence aviation maintenance environment.
- Carry out aircraft structures maintenance tasks in line with approved maintenance data and procedures
- Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Hawk LIF aircraft
- Inspect, repair and maintain aircraft structural components and assemblies
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow Defence aviation maintenance requirements
- Work safely as part of a structured engineering and maintenance team

Aircraft structures maintenance experience in an aviation maintenance environment. Defence aviation, fast jet or Hawk LIF experience will be highly regarded.
Relevant Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification, structures trade background or equivalent Defence aviation maintenance training.
Must have Australian work rights and be able to satisfy Defence aviation employment and site access requirements.
Must be based at Pearce, WA, or willing to relocate for a permanent full-time role.
NV1 clearance required. Current driver’s licence preferred.
Strong aircraft structures maintenance knowledge, repair discipline, documentation accuracy, and confidence working to approved procedures in a regulated aircraft maintenance environment.
Safety-first, reliable, professional, team-focused and able to work effectively within a Defence aviation maintenance team.
