Sigma Aerospace Workforce is seeking CASA Part 66 Licensed Bell 412 Engineers to support rotary wing maintenance operations in Sydney, NSW.

This role is suited to B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with Bell 412 experience who are confident working in a regulated rotary wing aircraft maintenance environment. Contract and full-time options may be available.

You will

- Carry out B1.3 maintenance and certification activities on Bell 412 aircraft

- Support scheduled and unscheduled rotary wing maintenance operations

- Diagnose and rectify defects in line with approved maintenance data

- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and certification records

- Work safely within a regulated aircraft maintenance environment

Essential Requirements

Required Role Experience

Rotary wing aircraft maintenance experience in an operational aviation maintenance environment. Bell 412 experience required.

Maintenance Qualification / Licence

CASA Part 66 B1.3 Licence required. Bell 412 type coverage, approval or relevant authorisation required.

Work Rights

Must have Australian work rights.

Location / Availability

Must be based in Sydney, NSW, or available to work from Sydney on a contract or full-time basis.

Additional Requirements

Valid ASIC or ability to obtain may be required depending on work location. Current driver’s licence preferred.

Skills

Strong Bell 412 rotary wing maintenance knowledge, sound fault-finding ability, accurate documentation habits, and confidence working to approved maintenance procedures.

Attitude

Safety-first, reliable, practical, team-focused and able to work effectively in a rotary wing aircraft maintenance team.
