Sigma Aerospace Workforce is seeking B1 and/or B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to support ongoing line maintenance operations in Melbourne.
This role is suited to licensed engineers with A320 coverage as a minimum who are confident working in a live commercial aviation maintenance environment. A321neo and B787 experience will be highly regarded.
- Carry out aircraft maintenance and certification activities in line with CASA regulations and approved procedures
- Support line maintenance operations on an ongoing night roster
- Diagnose and rectify defects in line with approved maintenance data
- Maintain accurate documentation and certification records
- Work safely in a live commercial aviation maintenance environment

Line maintenance experience in a commercial aviation environment. A320 experience required as a minimum. A321neo and B787 experience will be highly regarded.
CASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 Licence. A320 type rating or accreditation required as a minimum.
Must have Australian work rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Must be Melbourne based or able to work from Melbourne Airport on an ongoing 4 on / 4 off night roster. Local candidates preferred.
Valid ASIC or ability to obtain. Current driver’s licence preferred.
Strong A320 maintenance knowledge, sound fault-finding ability, accurate documentation habits, and confidence working to approved maintenance procedures in an operational line maintenance environment.
Safety-first, reliable, practical, team-focused and able to work effectively in a line maintenance team.
